‘Tides of Imagination’ – 2025

The Story
This painting is about the journey of reconnecting with that part of yourself you thought you’d lost. When I painted this piece, I was feeling rather disconnected from my imagination and very unsure of myself. But, instead of painting that feeling, I wanted to paint the opposite, to paint how it felt not to be lost. So, I chose to paint an abundance of ideas pouring back in, so I’d never feel empty or lost again, and since creating this, my imagination has run wild with inspiration. It was truly a turning point for me, and I hope it can help you find whatever you feel you’ve lost once again, just like it did for me.
